1:Is sample available?

A1: We are pleased to provide samples to you. For the first cooperation, you need to pay sample cost, but sample cost is refundable if your next order meet MOQ.

2:Do you accept small orders and produce our own design?

A2: Yes, small orders are welcome, and we do ODM and OEM production.

3:What’s the lead time?

A3: It depends on order quantity, for stocks in available, it could be shipped out 3-5 working days. For OEM & ODM orders the lead time is about 15-30 days.

4:How to ship the order?

A4: Please inform us your shipping instruction, by sea, by air or by express, we have very professional forwarder to provide the best shipping cost, service and guarantee.
